Print Return Request
We try to keep the return process as easy as possible. If you're just disappointed in your purchase for some reason, you can return it on a no-questions-asked basis, though we would like to know what you're unhappy about. But the main reason for the Return Request/Return Authorization two-step is so we'll know when a return is coming, be ready to process refunds in a timely manner and keep track of unhappy customers.
In the case of prints damaged in shipping, we ask for photos of the damage to both the print and packaging so we can get our friends at UPS to help cover the replacement cost. All shipments are insured.
