Hand Made Images: Every framed print I offer for sale will be hand made from start to finish, delivered ready to hang and enjoy. Here's a link to learn more about the production process. All prints come with a 30-day, 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it for a full refund (see below for more info).
Selecting an Image: As you go through the galleries just click on any thumbnail that catches your eye and it will open an enlarged "light box" view. Move your cursor over the image and you'll see the title of the image and edition information, often a descriptive caption, framed size and price. If you see something you like, note the title, size and price.
Sizes and Prices: Most of the images offered here are from limited editions that have been exhibited in galleries here in Santa Barbara. The listed size is what I felt to be most appropriate to the subject, composition and scale of the image. Prices reflect most recent gallery pricing, sometimes adjusted as editions deplete. If you see an image you love but want it in a different size, send me a note at SPR@sprimages.com and we can explore options. For more about this see the About Editions note below.
Secure Payment Processing with PayPal: As described below, all purchases are processed through PayPal, a powerful and secure e-commerce provider used by thousands of companies. You can use your PayPal account or any credit or debit card. No credit card data or other customer information is stored at SPR Images.
Two Ways to Start: Since each purchase is essentially a custom order, I don't use a typical "shopping cart/checkout" process as for commodity products. So if you are interested in a purchase you can either:

- Send an email to SPR@sprimages.com (or go to "Contact" in the top header) and let me know what you're interested in
The quotation request is the easiest for me because the form captures all the information I need to send you a detailed Quotation. But if you mostly have questions or are more comfortable having a direct dialogue with me via email, that's also a fine way to start. I'm also happy to connect on the telephone - just let me know.
Completing Your Purchase: When you're ready I will send link to an online PayPal Order Confirmation that spells out everything about your purchase: image title, price, framed size, shipping method and cost, sales tax (if any), and delivery schedule. If you decide to proceed, just enter your payment information directly in the Order Confirmation using your PayPal account or any major credit or debit card.. Payments are handled entirely by PayPal and are totally secure. Once I get the confirmation I can get to work on your image.
About Editions: Most of my images are limited to editions of five or ten prints with two Artist's Proofs. This means that after an edition has sold out (at 5/5 or 10/10), the image will be retired. I like this approach because it enhances the value of the prints and encourages me to do new work to replace sold-out editions. Like many artists, I often raise the price of an image as it approaches retirement. Part of this is to offer value to buyers of first editions. Satisfaction Guarantee: I stand behind every sale with a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your print for any reason, just send an email within 30 days of receipt of your purchase, explaining the reason for the return. Then just return your order in the original packaging to the shipping address listed under Contact. I will happily refund the cost of your print. Refunds do not include return shipping costs.
Also, If your print is damaged in shipping it will be replaced it free of charge. Just send an email as above, but be sure to attach photos of the damaged print and/or packaging so we can process the damaged shipment with UPS (they're insured). I may ask that you take the damaged print/package to your local UPS Store so they can see what the problem is. Once we receive the damaged print we will send out an identical replacement free of charge.
